Thank you for choosing to book with Pedal Planet. By doing so, you are agreeing with the following Terms and Conditions:-
Cancellations Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course date will be accepted with a 20% administration fee deducted from the refund. This admin fee will be waivered if you wish to attend an alternative date, as long as it is within 4 months of the original booking.
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will not be entitled to a refund but we would look at the possibility of rescheduling to a date within 4 months of the original.
Failure to attend without any notice will not be applicable for a refund or reschedule.
You are entitled to pass your place on to another participant at no additional cost as long as:-
- We are notified at least 24 hours in advance
- The new participant adheres to all necessary equipment/ health requirements, etc
